My name is María José Camiruaga, I am a child and adolescent psychologist with almost 15 years of experience. During this time I have dedicated myself to working with children, adolescents and their families, both in the context of private practice and in the educational field.
I am the author of the series of children’s stories «Clementina» . Story that I began writing and publishing during the pandemic, with the purpose of helping children and their parents or direct environment (such as tutors and teachers), so that they are able to make visible and talk about different complex scenarios that the associated pandemic brought, delivering them strategies and a guide so that they can face these issues in the best possible way.
I am married and have three sons and a daughter. Diego, María Gracia, Martín and Cristóbal, those who have been my great teachers on this path of motherhood and the understanding of childhood.
My interest is the well-being and emotional health of children, as well as prevention and delivery of tools both for them and for the adults in their care.
